This project started as a suggestion from a friend (Thanks Russ) who knew I wanted to experiment with different ways of combining media and the Internet.
As my experience has been in creating video and websites for local clients, most of my websites focused on reaching out to clients here in our area on the South Coast. With the advancement and popularity of blogging and social media, this site is a kind of local version of what happens when you combine all of these technologies.
In doing this, the focus is still on delivering quality content through video and images that convey the natural untapped beauty of the Southern Oregon Coast just as you would see it if you lived or were visiting here.
Our hope in doing this is to do two things simultaneously:
ONE ) To offer a glimpse of a scenic wonder that we often take for granted here.
TWO ) To create an environment for overly busy professionals to find solice and release, even if it is just for two or three minutes (the average time of these video scenes).
If we have done either or both of these things and you are the benefactor of them then we consider this project to be a success.
As someone who has found the benefit of such a place, please pass along this site to others who could use what we are calling a "micro-vacation", whatever their circumstances or location.
Thank you,
Jay Noggle
